Introduction
HX-TC3000 using high melt index PP and HDPE as carrier, With 2500 mesh of talcum powder and modifying agent, dispersing agent by high temperature mixing, plasticizing, cooling, cutting into particles, excellent dispersity.
Application
1. Used in PE
For PE film blow molding, talcum powder is better than other filler masterbatches, easy to shape, this type film can reduce oxygen permeance ratio by 80% and water vapor ratio by 70%, good anti-moisture permeability.
2. Used in PP
For PP injection, TC3000 can reduce molding shrinkage, greatly strengthen rigidity of PP products and high temperature resistance, PP injection products have good stability, reduce cost. Widely used in PP injection products, such as: automotive plastic parts, bumper, tray box, beer boxes, vegetables, etc.;PP extrusion products, such as snack box, sheet, PP sheet, microwave disposable lunch box.

Packing/Storage
25KG/bag, External use PP woven bag, lined with PE film. Transported as a common chemical and stored in dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight. Shelf life 6 months.
